The Board has decided to keep the irrigation system off this Summer and to allow the grass to grow somewhat higher than in the past.  This has two benefits.  First, we don't have to pay for sprinkler activation/deactivation and repairs which are not inexpensive.  Second, we do not have to pay for use of water each month which is another expense.  The savings can be used to do some small projects on our streets and entrances.  This decision is just for 2025 and will be revisited for 2026 based on the results of this season's efforts.
