A walk through by the Board was conducted on the evening of June 28, 2016 with a representative from our landscape company.  We have been fortunate in that we suffered very little plant and shrub loss this past winter.  If you recall, a few years ago the winter took a toll of our landscape materials.  We have identified the few dead and/or dying shrubs that need to come out and be replaced.  The landscaper plans on completing those tasks in the next week or so.   We also identified several tree stumps that need to be ground.  That work should be completed this week.

 

We also addressed the issue of  tree limbs that are hanging over the gutters and roofs on the houses.  As we began to identify the branches that needed to be trimmed, it became clear that this task would be best left to a tree trimming company that has the proper equipment and expertise in trimming tall trees.  The Board has begun the process of contacting a tree company and obtaining a quote for the work that needs to be done.
