Check Before You Build or Make Exterior Changes

Home owners are urged to seek Board approval for any exterior modifications to their homes that is not in accordance with the approved Design Guidelines.
Board Meetings are held as needed. They will be scheduled on at the Clubhouse at Falls Pointe commencing at 5:30 PM.
Next Board Meeting is in February [TBD], 2025.
